    Very misleading title. It's $3 + 8% of postage.

      • +3

Well put the 8% of postage on the title.

        • -7

It is title, not all detail. If you are using mail forwarding service before, you would understand our price is very competitive and our customers shop without paying Sales Taxes too. We explain all in detail. Thank you for your comments.

        • @ReShipUS: @highdealer is right - title should include all costs. Title amended.

      • +5

Referring to "$3 Fee/Package" in the post title implies you'll forward a package to Australia for $3. Whether it's improbable or not, that's what it will imply to many if taken literally. You might want to re-word it.

You made the effort to mention 'No US Sales Tax' but no mention of the [potential] greatest cost component of using your service, being shipping/on-forwarding, until the fourth paragraph of the post.

Thank you for your advise. Yes, we normally charge $5 per package, now we run the promotion for new customers at $3 fee/package. To prevent misunderstanding, we already give an example. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to e-mail us at [email protected]. Thank you.

      I agree, its not $3 per package, its $3 + (postage + 8%).

Its misleading because when I looked at the title I thought 'wow! Only $3 USA to Australia!', but in your example in the description you show how a 10lb package (4.5Kg for all us Aussies) costs over $90.

Package is 10lbs, Shipping USPS Priority Mail at USPS website(http://postcalc.usps.com/) is $80.75, you will pay us shipping cost at $80.75+ (8% of $80.75) = $87.21.
You total cost is $3 Handling fee per package + Shipping cost $87.21 = $90.21.

I don't order from the USA often, but when I do the store normally has a worldwide flat shipping rate of $20-$50. I'd love to know how much this would actually save someone, if at all.

      Also, this is misleading:

Postage cost + 8% (used to be 10%) of the shipping cost to cover our PayPal fee/packaging cost(free box/tape, free re-pack/consolidate).

If we are paying $3 + 8% of the postage the "free box/tape, free re-pack" its not free, is it? We are paying for it.

      • -2

For convenient payment, We accept payment thru PayPal, we must cover our cost 4.5 % PayPal fee and remaining, we cover our Tape, Box, other packaging material. Thank you.

        • +2

Then why isn't it 4.5% of the postage to cover the fee? Where does the extra 3.5% go?

        • -2

@Kiwi131313: Hi sir, we already explain, we offer free box, free repack (tape), free consolidate, any shipping label if it is needed as fragile, and we drop at post office with in one business day for shipping. you keep giving us negative feedback, but you never used our service. We run business, we must cover our cost. we already offer best price for mail forwarding service. you should not give us negative if you never used our service and know how good of our service is. Thank you.

        • @ReShipUS: You know it's against Paypal TOS to pass on the paypal fees right?

        • @lostn: Hi Sir, every company needs to cover their cost. I explain to you our price structure, but it seems noone is happy to see price structure, we should not explain, it is our mistake to explain. You said, it is PayPal TOS pass the fee, if you sell on ebay, paypal fee in include in ebay item price. If it is against as you said, noone can sell anything on ebay. Thank you for your comments.

        • @ReShipUS: Their pricing factors in the fees. Yours should too. Instead of passing on the percentage, your flat fee should factor it in.

We replied as above comment. Thank you.

Title should read "mail forwarding save $2"

This is no deal as I regularly ship from the US and pay around $60 for the same thing.

    • The service is already good price. we are cheaper than any companies. you cannot say it is the same, we will not get 5 stars feedback from customer at sitejabber.com if we do not provide great service, if you don't get to compare for real apple to apple. but we honor your comment. Thank you.

  • Still don't get the price of parcels from US compared to from Europe…

    • what country in Europe you want to ship to? what package size and weight? we can provide you the quote. Thank you.

      • +1

No, he means that shipping to Australia from the US is a complete ripoff from most places (not always though), whereas when we order from Europe, or the UK it is cheap or free.

What about non priority mail? I know the US actually does have reasonable shipping rates to Australia, but apparently they are really hard to get access to from mail forwarding companies, Amazon often offers reasonable prices though, and if you walk into a US Postal Service store you can choose a slow and cheap shipping rate, but they don't offer it to you up front, instead they want you to pay $80 etc. which is ludicrous.

If you order 10lbs worth of books from the UK shipping to Australia is free.

  • what are these services used for?

    • +1

Sometimes worldwide shipping from the US is expensive, or some places don't even offer worldwide shipping.

So if you buy something online you have it sent to this company's American address instead of your own, and they will post it to you.

      • so like best buy and all those places in the us? so if I had an amazon prime account I could use it to send blu-rays to these guys and they send them to me here?

        • +1

Yes, you can use our service and If you buy at Amazon, best buy, Macy, Polo, coach, Abercrombie & Fitch, and etc. and use our service (shipping address), you will not pay US Sales Taxes, because we are located in free Taxes State in USA (Delaware), normally US resident pay 6-9 % US Sales Tax, you can save money too. You can contact us directly at [email protected]. Thank you.

    • Mail Forwarding Service, it is used for, when you want to shop any companies in USA and they do not ship to Australia. So, you buy and ship to us, we repack and ship to you in Australia. Thank you.

  • +2

    a) awful website.

    b)
Pretty sure HopShopGo (run by paypal) is cheaper.

    1lb -
    Cheapest postage from these guys is $3 + $26.70 + 8% (approx $2)
    HopShopGo - $28.80

    • -2

we do not charge re-pack, consolidate, box, but other companies charge it. Please add that cost and get total cost, you will pay to compare. Thank you.

  • +3

We have a hard time explaining to you what is wrong with the title. We are going to have a hard time dealing with you when our transactions go wrong. No thanks.

  • Rep, do not vandalise the deal.
