    Full size or 'fun' size?

The chips or the footy ?

      • Footy. Hopefully the pic isn't to scale.

  • Aren't the chips normally 2 for $5 ???

    • No! The balls free…

I agree. Going "commando" is the way to go!

Rugby/AFL ball. A football ball is a sphere.

In the UK they have crisps, in Australia we call them chips.
In the UK they have flip flops, in Australia we call them thongs.
In the UK they have football, in Australia we call it soccer!

        Wrong. See: http://www.footballaustralia.com.au

Thanks, you just backed up my case… the SOCCERoos!

Or are you not talking about the sport as we know it and refer to it here, but the actual governing body's official name… Football Federation Australia?

Bloody hell cobber, this is Australia, mate, and our football's aren't a flamin' sphere. They're a bloody oblong aren't they! Ay?

    • Blimey Sheila, fair shake of the sauce bottle

No, you were right. This is not a bargain. Sorry.

    • +1

Why exactly is this not a bargain?
Even if it's only a junior ball, Coles have these on clearance for $12 by themelves!
And if it is full size, I have not seen one for under $25 in a shop yet!

  • Interesting all the recent heavy promotion & discounting of Doritos. Presumably sales have fallen off as a result of their greedy driving up prices while reducing packet weight over time (used to be 200g, now 175g, now really enough to make a decent serve of nachos for 2).

  • Coles/Shell have raised the price of fuel in some areas and now they're trying to sell two packets of chips for $10? Seriously?

  • so how's the size of the ball for those who got this?

Had a look today, it's a junior footy!
