    Applications on IOS are "sandboxed" - that is, they can't get in to each other's data. If you've got junk files in an app (in a text editor, I guess?), there's no way this app can see them, much less delete them.

    …in this app, maybe. Remove or block ads in other apps - i.e. change their data or functionality? Not without busting out of the sandbox.
