1st Generation comes in 3 different cardboard pieces, whilst 2nd Generation comes in 1 big one. And as easternculture said, 3rd generation probably uses recycled cardboard.

This is a great cheap way to experience VR. I got one from DX for $10 and have not regretted it. Just make sure that you have a phone capable of running the app. ( some listed on tiny deal website ) Probably give you 1 hour of enjoyment then watch the reactions of everyone else using it. :)

I ordered an item (not a promoted or 'on sale' product) a month or so back - no indication on the page of being 'out-of-stock', but was. Refunded.
Item - immediately after and ever since - still not marked on the website as being unavailable.I was hoping to re-order. Explained clearly (today) on live-chat that I would like confirmation of the item's availability before reordering. Circles - a useless exchange, with the operator stating the impossibility of that, and just insisting that I should order again, regardless.
I lodged a complaint straight after the chat session, but given the experience I am not wasting my time again - even if a TinyDeal rep pops-up in this thread.
