Is there a version without hands free and doesn't require charging? My car has Bluetooth hands free and an aux input but I'd love to find something that would allow for Bluetooth audio without needing to constantly charge it.

You'll want a 5V power supply, ie USB. The above gadget would make a lousy PHF anyway, due to bad mic position.
