I think I learnt back on the netscape navigator days not to click on things that claimed to boost your computer speed….

Well Auslogic makes a few good software for free, I have the Register cleaner and the Defragger, both do a better job than Windows apps.

I am downloading the Boostspeed program to give it a go.

  Ssds don't need defragging, but they aren't free.
