Seems OK for AAA. Happy to be corrected I'm an Eneloop noob.
I do know if I ever need to catch an Ozbargainer in the wild I'll need Eneloops to bait the trap.
Also Seagate Expansion 1TB USB 3.0 Portable Drive $69.95 OK if combining postage.

I'm just here for the looplove
I think cheapest was $19.96 for 8xAAA delivered by DSE.
Still seems ok.
What is eneloob? :-)
Eneloob is what you're going to need if you post a sub-standard Eneloop deal on OzB.
Yep only 50% more expensive.
It's actually 100% more.
50% is correct, if it was 100% it would be $79.84.
Unless you are paying $30 postage for some reason.
You can get 2x 8 packs of the newer 2100 cycle 800mah AAA eneloops off amazon for just over $55AUD delivered ($56.47 for me shipped to brisbane).

Yeah that's the new Panasonic Eneloop that hasn't yet arrived on Australian shelves. No more Sanyo.
Great now we have to hold off buying batteries because there is a new model coming out soon.
Still looking for a cheap deal on the Eneloop smart charger, no Masters near me.
'hold off' lol. I think many may need an intervention.
yeh, I did the same…thanks max23

Do we know if the Panasonics are as good as the Sanyos's were?
Panasonic bought out the Sanyo brand. These would be the same sort of battery design as the previous Sanyo Eneloop. I'd say mostly a name change fron Sanyo to Panasonic on the packaging. They've obviously done a few tweaks to make the battery recharge amount higher.
It looks like the batteries are still made in Japan which is a good thing.
Panasonic Evolta rechargeables are poor performers relative to Eneloop.
If Panasonic are silly enough to tamper with production-line or other Sanyo tech out of pride in relation to re-branded 'Panasonic' Eneloops, then a downgrade in one area or other of performance, or cell-to-cell manufacturing consistency, is a possibility.
We'll all find out in the glorious fullness of time.
Far too soon to assume an entirely good outcome.
Is an eneloop noob an enenoob?
