    Do you reckon the spec for the HDD is a tad misleading?

    On the wireless1 website it says in Key Features that the HDD is solid state. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the 160Gb is just a standard platter 2.5" HDD? On StaticIce a 160GB SSD is ~$1k!

        No its just an inaccurate description, it has a 160gb 2.5" HD and 10gb of online storage space, similar to what box.net and getdropbox.com offer. There is definitely no SSD in this unit

    could you ask your GF to run a finger along the brushed metal trim.
