we don't comment on other businesses but generally domains with "-" and .net and poor designed websites is something to consider. We cant comment on what others do the RRP of this product vs our prices is very low. We offer full Australian Manufacturer warranty and we deal with governments and large I.T. companies. We can only comment on our business. That price is below cost so I am not sure if that price or business is charging GST. Our prices include GST.

we deal with governments and large I.T. companies.

The products you sell and supported SIP platforms listed in this post would be the very last thing an Australian government organisation would use.

You don't comment on other businesses with sites with .net, yet you have commented about the poor design of such sites.

What about your website? You only have ".com", I could say that I much rather buy from a seller than has a .com.au domain and the .com sites are generally poorly designed.

Seriously OP your justifications are just absurd!

    • From your website:

WorldComm Solutions is a prowdly owned Australian company, We provide both wholesale and retail customer accounts.

And you say you don't comment on other poor design websites, yet your website is poorly designed and full of spelling and grammar mistakes!

  • I have purchased from here and this guy is absolutely fantastic, he also has a great reputation on Whirlpool for great after sales service;

    http://www.jmgtechnology.com.au/product_info.php?products_id…

JMG sell for $96.97 so 47cents more and its not even on "special". No deal!

Original price on your website is $107.53 and coupon code only gives you a $6.53 discount. So total is $101 + $32 shipping = $133.

And charging $32 just for shipping is absurd. According to Amazon this only weighs under 740g. Where is this coming from, China?

This is just spam, cheaper elsewhere.

This one is $130 with free shipping

And here is a refurbished one for $80 with free shipping

      $45 for Courier Post!
      Forty. Five. Dollars.

      • Thanks, I couldn't be bothered signing up an account just to find the postage for a potential 47 cents saving!

Wow $45, no wonder the OP makes no mention of "postage starts from…"

    • As we mentioned below. Due to system upgrade the shipping is not getting the live feed our IT guys are working on this. Please contact sales for prices to your destination. Generally $14-$17 is what it costs.

      • Still…

JMG postage is $13.20, which means that JMG is cheaper - postage inclusive. This is their regular price, no coupon required.

[Edit: No I don't work for JMG :)]

        • No they are not cheaper we are on product price. As far as shipping as we mentioned everything is location based shipping can be as low as $12 if just in close metro area. No one can quote exact shipping without knowing location. Feel free to contact sales.

We provide 24/7 before and after sales support in email here in Australia. Our customer service is unmatched.

We provide full Australian manufacturer warranty, no third party warranties.

All our customers are loyal repeat buyers.

Our sales team is happy to help you if you are genuinely interested in purchasing the product.

Again apologies for the shipping issue - we are working on it.

      • Due to system upgrade the shipping is not getting the live feed our IT guys are working on this.

I find it hypocritical that you say you don't comment on poor site designs, yet your website is not functional and has poor grammar and spelling mistakes.

After validating your website with W3C I see you have 56 errors!

I also find it funny that you are still trying to defend yourselves after being caught for sockpuppeting and stating that I don't know anything about Australian government organisations. I currently work in ICT for a local government in Queensland and I know for a fact that most of the other local governments only deal with either NEC, Panasonic, Avaya or Cisco and not some el-cheapo Chinese brand.

No Australian government organisation would ever touch one of these brands you sell, especially if it is something they have never heard of as there is very lack of support if something goes wrong.

        • we provide full support. local government so is that council your trying to refer to? No we don't sock puppet. We supply to governments with nearly 5000 products they buy what they need to ever product.

        • I'm not a competitor, I work in ICT for a local council in Queensland and I manage an NEC Univerge SV8500 system and have dealt with many other systems brands in the past. We are clients of businesses whom give us substantial government discounts and these businesses would never advertise on OzBargain. If you think I am affiliated with another competitor and sockpuppeting then try and report me!

I originally negged this deal because of the very high price and absurd postage price, and there are obviously cheaper prices out there with better service who are more respected with a .AU domain, have a much better designed website and proof read their text.

  • Warcomm do free shipping pretty much ever other weekend, just sign up to their newsletter:

    http://www.warcom.com.au/products/19135_yealink-sip-t22p-ent…

    • Or just pay the $2 they normally charge!
      Two. Dollars.

  • Apologies, due to a system upgrade our shipping is miss quoting. This is just a simple system error as we are not getting the Postal live feed.

For any order enquiries feel free to contact our sales team they will get you the right shipping quotes. Generally this is $17 shipping pretty much anywhere. Some places even lower. Thank you for brining the issue to our attention.
