    I ordered the RED colour ages ago when Dicksmith first published the sale price for $39.90 (Rrp was $90). Long story short, they sent out the wrong headphones even though the image and descriptions on the website clearly shows the more expensive Pioneer headphones (the one with the bass volume adjustment, I don't remember the model#). Their customer service team SUCK BIG TIME! in the end they told me, too keep the product and don't bother calling them again.

    But back to this item, for $5 it is a bargain, has deep bass and only downside, after a long period of wearing them your ears get a bit sore. so that's the only downside of this.

    I got headphones for christmas but my daughter who always said she prefered the bud type keeps using them.
    So thought I would purchase a pair for her. 1st time I ordered it said error, so went to order again and thought may as well get 2 as postage was same. Checked email and turns out I got 3 pairs coming.

    I have received a partial shipment notice, they have only shipped 2 of the 3 pairs I ordered. Weird given they were still selling them on ebay this morning. Website says order is "awaiting fulfilment"

      So I rang the online number and………. its out of action. Was last week too. Have they closed the call centre? Is there no way to get through now?

      The bass is similar to the beats' earphones. Got them this afternoon. It has very deep bass when I play like a g6 and turn Down for what.

    Got mine yesterday. Bought 2 and opened 1. If it's purely for the bass, I prefer my earphones that came with my HTC One. Overall sound quality, I prefer my cheap Sennheisers I got a long time ago but that's falling apart. I prefer the Pioneers with regards to how it fits my head. It's $5 so I can't complain :)

    About that order cancellation email. Dick Smith can't even get the days right. It says refund estimated to be completed by Wednesday 1 July 2014 but 1 July 2014 is actually a Tuesday.

      Haha. Looks like they dont want to commit on refund.
      Earlier Dick Smith used to authorise the payment for Paypal and did not extract till the time the order is shipped.
      I am not sure when it was changed, but my account was debited after the order almost instantly. Still waiting for the refund.

    Well 1st of July 2014 came and nearly gone and no refund unlike what the email claimed that a refund would be completed by 1 July 2014. Come on Dick Smith if you're not going to provide the goods then give our money back. Typical of these companies quick to take money but slow to give it back. If they don't cough up a refund by the end of this week then a Paypal dispute is due.

    Blue Philips CitiScape Shibuya Headphones SHL5205BL (C 3501).
    I dont know what does BL or WT stands at the end. I hope that is the colour. Like White or Blue.

      I had the same earlier. The difference in the model is the colour.
      Expected shipping date; All replacement orders will be despatched on Friday 11th July 2014.
