    That's unfortunate mate. Just bad luck I guess. Was the order messed up or something. I have ordered from dell a few times and they always seem pretty fast. I got my laptop this time around within the working week.

      Finally received the laptop yesterday. Ordered on 16th and they messed up the order few times and finally they sent another one last week. So both came at the same time. So my hassle with Dell order is not over yet. Now have to talk to them again to return one laptop back as I don't want to pay for two.
