And to make it a bargain you expect them to make it free and give you 2 back rubs gratis as well?? LOL
But given your negative voting history Big Bessie shouldn't take this as representative of the rest of us here.

Its not the opinion, its the negative vote - sorta if it doesnt add it detracts. Opinions are absolutely fine. Negative votes are one of the keys we as mods use to check into the legitimacy of a deal. So wacking a deal just because it doesn't appeal to me versus, its a scam/spam X rated or something like that, doesnt help us keep the site clean.
In fairness as you pointed out, the bad product ala notebook, with a negative vote is one way to highlight a problem that others might want to consider, where as, IMHO just because its not cheap enough for you, isn't. Rememeber the lack of positive votes achieves that aim just as well.
Isn't it just the same as Google Latitude (again, has always been free), i.e. the best way being stalked? Even works on Symbian S60 platform.
Point being? Latitude isn't on iPhone.

More than anything I was letting people know about the website that illustrates new free apps, hope it's of some use.
That was my perception when I edited the deal. However, I think that would have been more appropriate as a forum topic. That would have gotten more appropriate readership, whereas this deal might not have achieved the same.
I think it's a usful tool for meeting people at crowded events - like in the description. Could you use it in a car park - i.e. mark the position of your car and then use that to find it later? Multi levels would cause a problem maybe.

Yes I won't vote this negative but I don't think it's the type of deal I come to this site for (bare in mind I'm an iphone user and love to see more app posts).
This would in fact be better if it was just about the page on the website which I also found yesterday and have downloaded many apps because of it.
I think the only apps that should be posted however are extremely popular apps or ones that have dropped from a considerable price (>$5 ?)

Not necessarily. From time to time these apps will offer say a special weekend deal where it's free or a big drop in price to drive and drive up numbers even more.
im with ya, i think these iphone apps are stupid
but then again i think that about a few other things posted on the site
just gotta keep scrolling past it and ignore i suppose
