      As a company, it probably would have been more appropriate to use "WE" rather than "I". Their marketing team probably thought it wasn't a good idea to use "WELUVDICK", so they probably decided to go with "WELUVU" with the hidden meaning of "you" meaning themselves

    Don't buy anything from DSE online….

    I've spent the last two weeks and six phone calls trying to get my Xbox one, which I ordered on the 18/5/2014, when it was in stock.. (at the 12% discount)

    The first three phones calls, I was lied to, and said it was dispatched.. but there was no tracking number.
    The fourth time, it was admitted they didn't have any stock, and a refund would be given in 2-4 days.. two further phone calls, apparently the refund add been approved and processed already.. a week later still no refund.

    I have contacted my bank refund and started the charge back will take around 30-35 days. They also told me to call DSE again to inform that I will instigating a chargeback… which I did and got further lies and crap and excuses that it was my bank…

    Each phone call takes around 15 to 45 minutes to get connected… despite being the next caller a few times… each conversion take 15 to 30 minutes whilst the person checks out the details and confirms that they don't have stock and they cant deliver..

    Plus.. I've already been hit with the shopper protection charge from my card…

    and DSE continues to sell the bundle they can't or won't deliver via Catch of the Day… for cheaper well after I have ordered..

    Every else I have previously ordered from DSE arrives in a couple of days…
    If it takes more than 4 or 5 days… expect to have to move the earth to get your money back…

      Proceed to check out. Enter your email address, at the next step click "Continue without logging in"
      At the end of placing your order you can "link order to your account" by logging in on the last screen.
      Happy bargain hunting.
      I found that if I stayed logged in, the code would not work while applying it to an item in my cart.

        It was still in stock at the time when I ordered… I only did that to get the coupon applied..

        Still I was expecting at the very least if they couldn't deliver, I would get my money back..

        Not to mention they are selling a bunch on these via Catch of the Day at an even cheaper price.

        I've never had so much trouble getting my money back for an item not in stock….

      yes if anything goes wrong with your order, or delivery, you will have to waste 6 hours of your life trying to get what you are entitled to. they will tell you youre sorted, but you aren't. they will again tell you youre sorted, but nothing happens again. on loop. just hope they process your order correctly at the start. myself, never buying DSE online ever again.
