The code appears to be generic. I've tried making a fake account and applying the code, and it worked. Let me know if it stops working.
Try email them. I didn't have a chance to use my subscription and told them that, and they gave me a complementary year :-)

The meals are hideously expensive as well, would not eat there.

It seems constant that they send you a half price email a few weeks after your card expires. This is the third year I've received the half price email.

It should if you renew put your new renewal date as August '15.
They usually extend it by twelve months beyond current expiry.

Had a card for a year. When I went there, what I ordered was not entitled to the card discount.

I got the card free last year, and also got the email about the $12.50 deal, and tbch… if you drink a decent amount of coffee then sure, get one, but be sure to get take-away cups, as I used my card once with dine-in, and the cups, saucer and spoon were completely filthy, looked like they weren't even washed… SMH. It was the Tea Tree Plaza, Modbury in SA.
Coffee Dine-in = no
Coffee Take-away = yes
Needless to say, I didn't use my card much at all, and I wont be renewing. Wasn't impressed with them at all.

can confirm they sent me the same code. i only signed up for the free coffee last year and they essentially made me feel like a grub for claiming it lol. coffee itself was unremarkable. now they keep begging me to renew my subscription like an Overly Attached Pretentious Cafe
