- Activate service/product at least 5 weeks before the 30 September 2014.

Roamer phones sell for about $30 delivered on ebay. so less fees + delivery + delivery fees (screw you ebay for double dipping) you end up with $20.
So basically (with some effort) $40 iconic voucher for $9
