Had never noticed the 'full price items' clause before. May be worthwhile double-checking. My previous orders (always ozbargains) have always included return information with the orders.
With Ben Sherman, I always get the feeling that it would need to be 90% Off to be a true bargain.

Can items be returned to a physical store for a refund if they do not fit? The website only mentions this is available for full price items…
