      ever heard of a shammy?

      Say what…

      • The less you touch the car the better.

Those touchless car washes that have blowers are the same thing.

You just can't use the same blower vac you use in the garden on the car. Bits of crap stay in there forever and will eventually blow out chipping your paint. Which is why a $40 one is perfect for the car.

        • On a good paint finish or well polished car you'll get water streak marks if you blow dry it!

        • I just use a couple of microfibre cloths which I replace every few washes. And no streak marks!

        I believe it is 'chamois'

  • Perfect, thanks OP! Been looking for one for a while, just needed ozbargain to prompt me! Has good reviews as well.

It is its normal price and has 909 days warranty. Bunnings have an Ozito for same money and & year warranty.

the ozito at bunnings $79 not $39

          A + for your troubles

        • "+1" for the deal
@2jzzzz, you maybe right mate but you have some serious anger management issues.

        • I'm pretty sure the 909 model at masters has variable speed (check the 909 website). The equivalent ozito model at bunnings with variable speed is $79. $39 is the price for the single speed.

There's a clearance item, 909 blower vac at masters with the same model number that's also $39.00 - this is the old model buts it's only single speed.

        • To be fair to aedeau there are two ozito models at bunnings one at his price and one at zzzz price. Both are very similar almost identical specs. Maybe different factories and different margins. I pondered both and bought the cheaper when the bunnings salesman couldn't explain the difference.
Show some more restraint zzzz man in future as Schrödinger's cat can be found at bunnings

The cheaper one is doing a decent job for my occasional use, I feel I want to blast those leaves away to teach them a lesson for landing on my deck but the vacuum function is the right tool for the job. I just hope a small rock won't foul the vacuum one day.

That's the cheapest blower I've ever seen… and I live near Kings Cross.

    • "8 dollars for a coke, I can get blown for that!"

  • And we are all patiently waiting when Masters will open their stores in Adelaide.

    • Adelaide Airport next to ikea opening 2015

  • this price just blew me away

    • It sucks.

      • She's gone from suck, to blow! Mega-maid?

I picked up one of these for 39

Its bloody good for the money.

Ive on accident picked up rocks/ants/branches and it still works perfect.
Washed the garage floor , swept the water away then used the blower. Double car garage floor dry in under 5 min.

I have got the ozito for $39 from bunnings too, and it does the job well.

Probably even better for the environment is staying off the computer posting comments here, thus saving electricity so we're not burning as much coal!
