Just tried the CHEAP14 for a booking for Aug 2014 and got "Error: We're sorry we do not recognize this as a valid promotion code. Please check your code and try again."
It says "participating hotels only" but there's no way to tell other than going through to the final booking page and trying the code…
ETA - you can actually put the promo code in when doing a search and I get "We're sorry we do not recognize this as a valid promotion code. Please check your code and try again." even for a generic search, so I don't think it's working at all.

also try book from mobile phone (not app, just browse from mobile) they have something like "mobile deal" only where give cheaper price compare if you book via pc browser!
