Bigpond Movies FREE Trial 6 Weeks Unlimited DVDs 4 at a time + $15 Cashback

410
6weekfree01

Sign up the Bigpond movies DVD rental FREE trial and use the promotional code "6weekfree01" to get unlimited DVDs (4 at a time) sent to your house for the next 6 weeks, also $15 Cashback available if you sign up via MoneyBackCo

*Credit card required. One free trial per household. Charges apply after free trial unless subscription is cancelled and all DVDs returned.

If you are not willing to continue to use their service after the free trial, then you have to make sure that they receive all DVDs you returned and suspend your account indefinitely 1 working day before the next billing date, so that they won’t charge you anything.

If you are new to MoneyBackCo, there will be a $10 annual membership fee deducted from your earnings and as the minimum payout amount is $20 , I suggest that you may also sign up the Quickfilx free trail via MoneyBackCo for another $15 cashback so that you will actually get paid $20 after paying the membership fee.
If you would like to earn more cashback, here are some suggestions for you.
Open a St George - Direct Saver account via MoneyBackCo to get $31 cashback, and a Suncorp AU - eOptions Savings account via MoneyBackCo to get $30 cashback. They are both fee-free accounts with high interests.

  • Nice - grabbed and works fine! Thanks pal!

  • what does the cashback do?
Is that for if you decide to keep the subscription after the trial period?

    • You do not need to keep the subscription, $15 cashback is paid for signing up the free trial.

  • Guess you can't do it again if you have had a free trial.

Awsome. Get paid $15 to have 6 weeks of free DVD's. Done it. Already used moneyback before, so i've paid my $10 annual fee. I loved having the free DVD's from QuickFlix a couple of months ago.
Just remember to set a calendar reminder on your phone so you can cancel it at the end of 6 weeks.
    :)

    • I went on holidays and i forgot to cancel the damn quickflix thing so i got billed for about a month or 2 :(

  • Is there some hidden cancellation fee? or can you no strings attached leave this contract?

    • Just make sure they receive all the dvds and suspend your account indefinitely 1 working day before the next billing date, then they won't charge you anything.

      • cheers friend

  • Perfect find as I've ALWAYS wanted to give this a go, great thanks mate :D

  • Thanks for posting. When do you see the cash back appear in your account?

  • This is a great find. I've signed up. I was a big fan of Quickflix too. Thanx.

  • Good stuff.

  • Does this include Blu ray discs they have, or is it only for DVD's?

    • Yes, both blu-ray and DVD

  • Does this include movies that you download?

I'm don't think so. I clicked on Pineapple Express to download it and i got this message:
"Sorry, the item you have selected to view is no longer available."

Then i clicked on Matrix download, and it came up, but it said it was $3.95 to download, and it took me to the Bigpond movies site, and it said i had to log in or register, even though i was already logged in to DVD Rentals. I went through checkout and it was displaying $3.95, so i don't think the downloads are part of the DVD Rentals subscription.

  • nice

  • Anyone have any idea how long this promotion will go for?

  • So can I sign up, get 15 bucks, and cancel as soon as I recieve the money if Im not interested in the DVDs?

    • Yes, if you are new to MoneyBackCo, $10 annual membership fee will be deducted from your earnings and the minimum payout amount is $20 , so I suggest that you may also sign up the Quickfilx free trail via MoneyBackCo for another $15 cashback so that you will actually get paid $20 after paying the membership fee.

      • Ah cool. thanks heaps.

I am still unsure how to sign up VIA MoneyBackCo.

I see it say "Click here to visit this merchant and earn moneyback…"

Then I go to the merchant's website (bigpond movies)… and then do i just click "Start Your Free Trial"?
Just say i dont click that, and click a different link, then go back and sign up, will moneyback still pay me?

        • As long as the cookie is tracked, they will pay you. Login to your moneybackco account tomorrow and see if the transaction is tracked.

          • @steven823: so moneyback scans my cookies to see if there is an instance of me signing up to something i can earn money back on?

            thanks

            • @drexxx: No. All transactions are electronically traced through a third-party network and reported back to MoneyBackCo by the merchant and network.

  • This is most bodacious!!! Cheers!
I used the moneybackco website but nothing appears to be showing after i signed up for the movies trial. Anyone used this offer? So far it has only been 4 days.

    • ay mate, same thing for me!

This is my first transaction with moneyback.

Been only 2 or 3 days for me tho.

      • If there are incorrect or missing transactions please complete an enquiry form for each one, ideally wait for 7 days before submitting an enquiry for a missing transaction, some networks only import statistics on a weekly basis; don't wait much longer than 4 weeks before submitting an enquiry as some networks have a cut off of 8 weeks after a transaction.

  • how do i know if my previous owner has ever took the free trial

    • They will let you know if someone at your address had taken the free trial.

      • So only 1 trial per household? Now that i've signed up, my housemate/s can't sign up?

  • I just got charged $2 on my credit card from Bigpond Movies. Anyone else had this?

EDIT: Looks like just an authorisation at this stage. Hopefully it will be cancelled once I cancel the trial.

    • I got that too.

I got vouchers with my latest DVD in the post, for a 4 week free trial with up to 15 free movies. Not as good obviously, but if this 6 week trial offer expires soon, then you can use the 4 week trial code.
