I usually just wipe with a wet wipe and finish with a few pieces of paper towel. Works quite well.

Does the thing attract cockroach of u just wipe it after cooking? I wud imagine it is still oily…

This healthy grill makes the food extremely dry, I need to constantly spray oil on the food surface to keep it moist. I gave it away after few uses. The deal is good though.
