Is this auto control system mean you just connect it to pump and it moves around walls and floor by it self?

I am not sure it is comparable but aldi have the premium pool cleaner for $99 at some stores. Down from $200 or 150$.

  But those are crap, the hoses are cheap and you can't get parts for them. If you want a frustration free cleaning experience buy this Zodiac unit. Top value for the money.

I had one of these after a heap of terrible cheapo cleaners. For $200 bucks its a bargain, the barracuda hoses and control valve in the kit are worth $130 alone. The cleaner itself is just an old reliable barracuda design with a standard diaphram that can be sourced at any pool shop.

I sold the house with the cleaner.

The difference betoween the quality of these and the aldi cleaner would be extreme to say the least.

These are an awesome cleaner for the money, top quality hoses and parts are easy to get. For $209 delivered this is a bargain and I'm thinking about buying it for spare parts - I paid over $120 for 10 of the Zodiac hoses and the only thing stopping me is I still have 8 left in the box as spares (needed 12m of hoses for my pool). Pool cleaner has been going strong for over 2 1/2 years with only one diaphragm (aka the vagi%a) replaced for $20.

Quality is as good as the previous Zodiac cleaner we had ($600) and we got around 8 years out of that before it was cheaper to buy this new cheaper Zodiac then replace a few parts that worn.

Cheers, got an old G2 that's falling to bits that this will nicely replace.
