  • My laptop (all laptops) have feet which elevate the underside from sitting on the desk.

I am not too sure what these do..

  • Cool, thanks for these.. the ones that were on my old P4 wore out and slipped off long ago

  • cheers mate

  • hmmm… i might see a need for something like this. anyone else tried this kind of thing? does it help to keep it a bit cooler? Less than $4 AUD

  • I seen something advertised in Australia (about 8 months ago) for around $20. I think it was in APC (yes I am vague as I can't recall for sure) but I know it was WAY more then AU$5.

  • Some Notebooks exhaust their heat from the underside and not the side or back, so raising it would allow better airflow hence heat dispititation.

  • "Cooling pads often use power from USB ports. It will decrease your battery life and it’s not portable."

    how is this possible?

I have 4 'feet' at the bottom of my toshiba series 70. is that enough? apparently toshiba has heat problems. have recently vacuumed my vents on the outside. not game to open it up yet. too busy.

  • I bought this lol

    Pretty awsome

    • waste. has no effect unless the underlying surface has heat dissipation properties (i.e. tiles).
the heat would circulate below the device and be trapped there offering no where else for the hot air to go.
people who purchase products like these (i.e. massari) are usually early adopters that end up with cupboards full of wasted gimmicks.

      • lol. stalking my comments I see?

        • hi thar :)
