Just got sent an email from Sony, sounds like it could be decent to combine with any of the current deals on the PSN. Its similar to the deal/forum post from last year which was only for the US Store (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/127652), so it's now Australia's turn for the deal!

I EMAILED THEM FIRSTLY as above , and then phoned as they replied with an email and suggesting this no.1300 365 911. select option 2 and option 2 again (Billing & Accounts)
I am about to call them again after waiting 3 days since last contact still no vouchers or call backs to resolve this issue.
I have checked all my consoles (have 4) and no messages to any including the one I purchased on.
See what happens next… 23 days and counting…. was told It has been escalated to a billing claim but have to wait 5-7 working days to have this resolved.
Good luck to the rest of you if your 14 days have passed with no voucher via the ps3 message system (as this is the length of time I was told you should have received it by.)
If you have not received by 14 days then you will have the same issue as I am having… call up asap to have it escalated to a claim.
