$10 SEN/PSN Credit When Topping up $50 with PayPal [AU/EU Only]

Just got sent an email from Sony, sounds like it could be decent to combine with any of the current deals on the PSN. Its similar to the deal/forum post from last year which was only for the US Store (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/127652), so it's now Australia's turn for the deal!

Closes 30th April 2014.

    I EMAILED THEM FIRSTLY as above , and then phoned as they replied with an email and suggesting this no.1300 365 911. select option 2 and option 2 again (Billing & Accounts)

    I am about to call them again after waiting 3 days since last contact still no vouchers or call backs to resolve this issue.

    I have checked all my consoles (have 4) and no messages to any including the one I purchased on.

    See what happens next… 23 days and counting…. was told It has been escalated to a billing claim but have to wait 5-7 working days to have this resolved.
    Good luck to the rest of you if your 14 days have passed with no voucher via the ps3 message system (as this is the length of time I was told you should have received it by.)

    If you have not received by 14 days then you will have the same issue as I am having… call up asap to have it escalated to a claim.

    • Hope you work it out, I am still waiting on mine too! Got the same email back telling me to call…
      Also, even though the transaction was in Aud through Paypal they charged my back on pounds!!

      • I rang up the other day and they are sorting it out. Was only on the phone for around 5 minutes

  • My 2nd code just arrived, paid 28th arrived 6th, just like before it appeared in my PS3 inbox.

    I finally received a voucher from Playstation Australia support today. Came in an email from them (not from PSN/SEN)

    This is after emailing and calling them after not receiving a voucher after 30 days.
    Calling 1300 365 911 and selecting option 2 and then option 2 again (as per dealmeup's post above) takes you to their Accounts department. They first told me to wait another 5 days and when nothing came through I called again and they escalated to their 'Online' department. I was told the Online department would take 5 working days to verify and send a code; today being the 5th working today.

    So a drawn out process - but for those that have not received a voucher yet, best to call up Playstation Australia and chase.

  • I have still not received my 2 x $10 codes either, emailing them now.

    • Me neither, I plugged the PS3 back in hoping it would be in that inbox but there was nothing.
      I'm trying to chase them up about it too.

  • So just an update, I got an email back with a reference number and was told to call up instead.

    I called up and they checked my payments and said I was entitled to the bonus credit but they had to refer it to the billing team, so now I've been given another reference number and told that they will contact me back within 5-7 days via email apparently.

    • Just got an email from them with a $10 PSN code.
      All good at my end now!
