Cheapest I've seen and I just bought a copy of the game today along with the new expansion at JB HIFI (DFO homebush)store. Few left in stock when I called to find out.
Called EB games Chullora to price match but they refused as it was below their cost price.
Hope this helps for anyone wanting to play the expansion but does not have the base game.

I got it for free (with a WOW subscription) and it was overpriced then.
I hated that single player needed a continuous connection. Every time the network dropped out for a moment I got reset back to the start of the level.
It's nice having the aussie server, latency is much less an issue now and I haven't had a dropout yet. But I agree that it is annoying to have a continuous connection on single player mode. If I have downloads going or my wife is streaming to the TV, it can cause lag spikes which always seem to happen at the worst moment.

Game is way too short. Finish it in like 10 hours then what? At least with Diablo 2 when I finished it, I was able to sell the game (usually through Computer Trader or usenet back in those days) and make back some of the money I spent on it.
This is a good deal for physical copy. Its just a pity the recently released expansion pack Diablo III: Reaper of Souls is not released for 360/PS3. Only PC/MAC and next gen when they finally gets Diablo III.
Considering Diablo III was released way back in may 2012 on PC and is already 2 years old. I though it would have come down in price more. Only recently in september 2013 on console so those prices seem to be still holding up.
It's a pity that Diablo 3 expansion hasn't been released for a 10 year old console system? Wow… pity it hasn't been released on CD-ROM either, or a set of 3.5" diskettes.
I'm not even a console gamer and I agree it's a bit silly that the original game was released on console but the expansion isn't. But then again, it goes the other way too - the fact that we still don't have GTA V on PC is also stupid.
I own D3 for 360 and love it. I was interested on PC but I know that I'd end up playing it by myself whereas on console my fiance loves games like Baldurs Gate DA1+2 and playing through D3 with her was great. The only problem is she doesn't see the point playing it more than once !
I was really hoping the expansion was going to come out on 360 tbh though I am going to get an xbox one and PS4 in a couple of years when the price comes down (and there are more exclusives) so I guess I'll have to buy D3 again then! (and actually be able play it at a better resolution)
Worth a buy now the 2.0 patches are game changers and bring it back to diablo 2 in terms of quality and with ROS re playability
