dd use auspost for some of the bulk and heavy items. don't be surprised if they are delivered damaged.

I was happy with the cupboard I got. DD was the only seller with the dimensions I was after. I checked everywhere. I agree make sure you get a good price, but I believe today has some of their best prices to date.
Deals Direct are pretty good with dealing with damages… Usually they will ask for a photo rather than requesting a ship back and they'll send a new one. (I had some glass broken via AP and a leg broken off a wicker cane drawer thingy via a courier)
Agreed, ordered a quilt before and there was small stain on it, took a picture and send it to them and they shipped a new one without asking me to ship back the damage one.
Seems like the $2 shipping is applicable to other items as well.
