I can't go, so my loss is your gain!

I originally won it for Burwood…but the screenings are at: Bondi Junction, Castle Hill, Hornsby, George St, Liverpool, Macquarie, Miranda, Parramatta.
I guess you could call to check?
When i click on i, it says
"Location: %%WinnerCinema%%"
Interesting…
This has been posted to other sites. So I suggest you all get there early as they will probably have thousands turn up brandishing their "free" double pass.
%%WinnerCinema%% probably is linked to the members Cinebuzz account, so when they log on this is picked up by the system. Without the correct cinema I would guess the Theatre will reject the pass.
I think First in best dressed is the standard policy with these things.
I know someone who works at GU Burwood and they would not reject the pass (especially on a random wednesday night), as this was just a general marketing giveaway by the distributor.
In any case, doesn't hurt to call ahead i guess?
Well they'd be stupid to turn it down.
Most people that legitimately win the tickets often skip the movie anyway.
I did years ago when I got two free tickets for The Notebook.
The cinema gets its money by people buying stuff at the candy bar. Without the promo there wouldn't be the patrons to begin with.
SWell how did it go - anyone get their free shows?
I went to the screening last night (with 5 of my friends) :) and we have no problem with the vouchers.
Thanks to stonedewok for the free tickets.
By the way, the movie was excellent. If you like Black Hawk Down you'll like this one too.
hey megaloman,
No worries! I'm glad to hear it was a good movie…i'm really looking forward to seeing it soon.
Cheers.
since it worked, how bout voting for it? ;)
is this only for burwood? on the ticket it doesn't specify
