The first deal states fee free transfers, whereas this one is for the first transfer only. I guess which is the better deal depends on how often you intend to use their service.

I wish there was a bonus for existing customer's. I've been using them for 5 years and exchanged a lot of coin
then you didn't exchange enough coin in each transaction then.
i've been using them since they started, never paid the fee.
i'm guessing, they are trying to attract lower value transactions probably because there's a couple of other sites doing the same sort of thing now.
