I can;t comment on the guitar or equipment but I've purchased from SCM before and the serivce was fantastic and the shipping was fast!

  • Looks like a good deal, but it would be nice to feel the guitar action first.
Nice to see a bunch of extras.

    • action can be adjusted?

      • +1

        Hello,
Yes the action can be adjusted if need be - but the guitars are checked and given a general set up before shipping. I would call the action "standard". Cheers

      Hello,
It doesn't come in a left handed version unfortunately but we have many left handed guitars in stock and can make a package for you quite easily. Please msg me if you are interested.Cheers

  • Anyone know how this compares to the Epiphone Les Paul Special II from this deal?
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/126573

    • I can't speak for the Washburn, but I can tell you that the Les Paul Specail II feels like a cheap toy. It's perfect for someone who has never played a chord in their life, but if you've already been played a little, and want a beginner guitar for yourself, go for the Les Paul 100. It looks a tiny bit better, gives you a pickup selector, and just feels a little bit more serious. It still feels cheap though, I have to admit, but it sure beats the LP Special II.

The Epiphone LP's are great for the money also. We have the Special II's or the LP100's in stock also. Happy to put together a special deal for ozbargains if anyone is interested :) Cheers
