      Just go to the element14 website and search for the model B with case. Just over $50 delivered like the others say. Site prices exclude GST so add 10%.

        elements14 and RS are the only ones aloud to buy from the manufacturer, everyone else buys from them in bulk slightly cheaper and resells them.

        as for the RPi i have a couple and there cool but i think im about to get a beaglebone black. depending on what you want to use the Pi for the BBB may suit you better

        for me, that was the best straight forward comparison id seen. and again, for what i use mine for, the BBB wins hands down over the RPi. that being said, im still a huge fan of the RPi as well

        But that price of 54 USD isn't competitive with Element14 who also offer free shipping. And I don't see AUD in the currency dropdown. You'd have to take the AU market more seriously.

        Yes, we found this issue. According to RPis Reseller policy, we can not set the price lower. Then we'd like to send the acrylic shell as a gift for a special offer.

    Recently purchased an enclosed model from Element14, was very happy with the service. Was also the cheapest i could find at the time, not sure what this mob can do. Interested in a second one though…

    Was shipped overnight by courier, $52 total.

      That was my experience abput 6 months ago, too, from Element 14. Bought one in an enclosure, so it just pipped over into their free shipping level.
