      People are cancelling their V.me account because they are updating their policy to include the following:

        I never got my email from last time either. I have the voucher in my list of Scoopons, but it says I have to wait for the digital gift card. I've send them a messgae but no reply yet.

          I didn't get mine too, and then I decided to send them an email about it after 3 weeks which then they promptly issued me a link which allowed me to download the gift card.

          Give it a shot.

    Westfield that have a Myer store should accept the Westfield cards as well. I spent a westfield card there recently although missed this deal.

          Only Myers in Westfield shopping centres will accept Westfield gift cards. Non Westfield myers like Adelaide city won't accept.

          Thank you JLove. I didn't think it was that hard to understand. I've even had Myer staff tell me I could not use the Westfield ones after using it upstairs in the same Myer store within Westfield a few days ago.

          I went to Myer Adelaide today and they now accept Westfield gift cards. I used both the Westfield gift card and the Myer digital gift card in one transaction.

      Email scoopon about it, and they'll send you a unique link where you can download a pdf of the digital gift card.

      That's what I did and they got back to me the next day (IIRC).

    Gah I purchased successfully when around 160 scoopons bought - was even in my scoopons history and now they have sent me:

    "There is a problem with your Scoopon order – some of the items you ordered are no longer available"

    I now can't see it in my scoopons history.

    How can that happen - way to annoy customers scoopon!!!!!

    NOT HAPPY!
