These seem to be good prices for semi-pro cookware that's made in France. They are specified as 'carton damaged' - supposedly meaning:

Brand new appliances, only the carton has been damaged during transit.

The Tefal Masterchef website states that there is a lifetime warranty on this product range, but I'd be surprised if they honour claims from ones from 2nds world. If nothing else, it sounds like good quality cookware - thick alumiunium base, induction-safe, durable non-stick etc.

I haven't gone in store myself to look to verify that there are no scratches etc.

    Buyer beware.

    I also ordered the 30cm non-stick wok a while back and it arrived dented. Didn't affect use, so I kept it.

    On another occasion, I purchased a 'brand new' induction cook top. When I went to pick it up, it was wrapped in bubble wrap. "It was a display model, but it's just as it's still new" was the response I got from the sales person.

    When I inspected the cooktop, it was chipped in a few places. They then took a week to refund my money because I ordered it online.

      I got the 20cm and 26cm pans. As described boxes dont look new but pans are in perfect condition. Internally the pans feels like the Jaime oliver pans. These are good value.
