Pretty decent reviews.
Doesn't seem to be available from many places anymore (Target, Big W etc used to have it)
People seem to have paid $299-$500, apparently it was on tv for $400 not long ago.
I got one since it was first introduced, very good especially if u have pets like dogs (I have fours), it can be on par with Dyson for performance but the cord is abit annoying (poor design for this part that u can run over the cord while vaccuming), worth ur spending and with this price, why not
Yeah the cord needs a bit of getting used to if you are coming from a non upright vac. The filter is the best. You can't smell any of that vacuum /dust smell.
If you clean the filter regularly, its and awesome vacuum, The best if you have pets! Also does anyone know where to get replacement filters in Australia?
I think u can ring them up and they will tell you how to get the parts and replacements, my aunt rang them when the motorhead dead, then they sent her a replacement without charging at all
One comment has stuck with me about this brand, from a reddit AMA:
Firstly, we have a saying; There are no bad vacuums (except Shark). It makes me giggle every time I see their infomercials.
Edit:
On a serious note, the awesome Miele S5311 that I bought a few months ago can be had for $319 + delivery from Bing Lee ($5 to my postcode).
http://www.binglee.com.au/miele-s-5311-sbb-barrel-vacuum-cle…I replaced our Shark Nav. For a Hoover Vogue 5012PH and couldnt be happier… That powerhead will lift anything the nav cant. So much better.
saw this on tv couple times. looks good. any ozbargainers' reviews on this product?
and how much is the normal price?
