  their customer service is no good, email them and no response. Meanwhile, they are using FASTWAY which is the slowest courier, never delivery, you have to phase up them via tracking number,no delivery information,at the end you have to go to depot for tracking down your item and pick it up.

    What are you talking about never had a problem with their courier service. Always receive item from ShoppingExpress within 3 business days.

    I had some good experiences with SE, like last time I purchased a Microserver G8 for $335 on Sunday, on Monday I got shipment confirmation from both SE and Fastway, and it arrived on Tuesday morning

        surely it is shoppingexpress, Order made on Tuesday, ring SE comfirm item will be received by Thursday, End up I have to phase up with FASTWAY with lots of Bullshit&Cowshit excuses, Only from Alexandria to Sydeny Metro and take 3to4 days for customer to pick up from its depot and no any delivery attempting.
