Depends what you want it for. This Samsung has a game mode function and the Toshiba appears to have a slower refresh rate. So this TV seems better suited for those who want to play games on it at least…
Screen resolution: 1366 x 768. Would only get a Full HD at that 32" size. Especially for gaming, blu-ray and HTPC. Don't care that most people will say that you won't notice the difference between a HD and Full HD resolution tv. There certainly is a noticeable difference in my opinion.
