Did you call their 1800 number?? You know sometimes a message can be missed by a company. In my dealings with this company I have found them very responsive after they made a mistake, but that was based on orders made 6 months ago

Not the 1800 (yes, I should try that, but the phone is inconvenient), but I logged into my account and left an enquiry in the online form they have. Frankly 'missing' a message placed that way is not a good sign.
wfdTamar- i just noticed a couple of posts you made in reference to a $5 HDMI cable, is this the missing order?
I'm disappointed that you haven't received your order but unfortunately these things do happen, did you insure the article? Please bear in mind we sent out hundreds of cables in this offer and Im sure other OzBargain members will vouch that they received there orders just fine.

Yes $5 HDMI cable. Two other cables in the same order did arrive, so I presume they just forgot to put it in (yes, an acceptable mistake). I can't remember if it was insured, but as I got the others that wouldn't seem to be the issue. Order 22635.

Just a warning to anyone considering this. Something I bought from CrazyStu didn't turn up and they did not respond to an enquiry about it on their website.
