  • Any idea if this can be used for vmax and 3d? If so that would make these an ok deal even for those of us that have access to telstra $10 tix

    • Yes, they can be upgraded. You can also book online and upgrade by paying a few dollars.

  • Thanks OP. This deal is reasonable.

      • If you are an Optus customer (or one of your friends) use the Optus tickets above for Hoyts. You can buy multiple $10 tickets but you do have to list the theatre you will be using them at.

Hoyts you can get cheap Optus tickets, or infinite rewards Hoyts tickets are even cheaper.

      • Thanks for that, just realised I was a IR member

  • Tickets for Telstra customers have been $10 for ages now…

    • True, but if you buy through Telstra you must be a Telstra customer and you must book at the time where the vouchers can be used anytime including online bookings.

      • +2

Buying a $2 Telstra SIM, even if you never recharge it or use it at all, makes you a Telstra customer. Personally, I saved more than $2 on the first ticket I bought using it, so it's already paid off.

  • Thanks OP. Been looking out for these too.
$18/$19 to see crap films. Pass
$10 to see crap films. Bearable :D

  • from memory they ruin this with the extra fees though right? like $4 for vmax fee, $4 for 3D fee, and online booking fees. Think you've got a ticket for $10 and end up paying more than that just in 'fees'

    • Those extra fees apply to every other ticket anyway. They're inevitable if you want the extras (vmax, 3D).

      • As far as I know, the booking fee and Vmax fee don't apply to the Telstra deal (the 3D fee does though).
