I found this by logging into my Amex account, and it is listed in 'Offers and Places'.

    No, just the once. Unless you have a supplementary card with a different number, and have registered it separately and also qualify for the deal.

  I have registered my DJ Amex successfully. Does anyone know if purchasing under DJ's Christmas Option counts?

    Yes; two of my three qualifying purchases were under the Christmas option. (From someone who got their $50 - and works for DJs)
