Could have predicted it would be a disaster.
I'm getting sick of these national retailers pulling stunts like this.
Even if it is unintended they can't get away with taking our money and then stuffing us around all the time.

That was your choice… They called everyone offering full refunds and compensation (in the form of a gift card) equal to your total order amount if you didn't want to wait.
To be fair I was early in and got 5/7 of my games that I ordered last sale. The other two games have been promised to me in an e-mail.
