well in NSW page 30 it says u gotta buy a phone to get the $30 telstra recharge for 10$

i was at the local post office yesterday (ascot vale, melb) where the $30 telstra sim for ipad (all sizes) were $10. this is a franchise store, rather than a regular PO, whether that makes a difference.
