    Can you then use $50 of the gift card to buy another $60 gift card? If you repeat this 5 times, you get your money back…

      Unfortunately only 1 Caltex card per customer and by the time you receive the gift card this promo would've ended. But could be useful for buying other stuff near Christmas.

    Everytime I buy something from them, Im charged an international fee. For this $50, it would be $3-4.

        I see many complaints about international fee but I've never been charged this fee. I used normal credit card from Commonwealth bank & Jetstar card.

      Did not receive the bonus credit for the two cards I bought. When nothing else was in the envelope, I thought I would get it upon redemption. However, have just redeemed but no extra $10 credit.

        That's what I said to them but they insist that based on their records they did send it and say it's no fault of theirs that I didnt get it.

          I emailed them and they escalated it. Then when I called to check today, they said they heard back from the escalation team and can credit me the $20 to my account. I mentioned the non-rectification of your issue and the person I spoke to said you should contact them again.
