Usually costs $40USD but is free today. I'm usually not a fan of giveaway's software but Partition Manager is pretty good. Users on the site have given it 81% thumbs up.

  Neil, that is a bit misleading saying it usually costs USD$40. Paragon Partition Manager 10 PERSONAL EDITION sells for USD$40, but the edition available for free download is Paragon Partition Manager 2009 SPECIAL EDITION which is not offered for sale by Paragon Software.

  Still a good deal for those who need a partition manager.
