doesn't that depend on how long you cook it and what texture you like? it depends on individual
if you eat rice a lot, you'd have a rice cooker so you cant control the cooking time. Adding more/less water can help a bit but there is a difference.
I think sunlong rice is stiffer than rice you'd get at an asian grocer (usually from thailand -but they are around $2/kg and never on special)
not really, some rice comes out hard no matter how much water.. u just end up burning the base. others come out soft and fluffy
- looks at bargain heading… looks at this post…
Woolies had this last week but it tasted really bad.
Life is too short to eat bad steak - especially on Christmas.
Grab a nice piece of rump, else wait until the beef cut of the same name goes on special for <$10kg and have a truly Merry Christmas!
Perfect for some biltong
this stuff is alright o bang on a sandwich but if steak is the star of you meal then it got to be a least rump but porterhouse and scotch is when it starts getting good!
I thought the difference was just the leanness of each of the different pieces of steak.
I usually get rump steak or porterhouse and they taste the same.
I frequent coles for single pieces of steaks for convenience and I have to say their porterhouse and scotch fillet taste much better than their rump steak.
APOLOGY: in the catalogue on sale Wednesday 13th Nov. we have advertised Coles Australian Beef BBQ Steak Vale bulk pack as 'half priced'. Due to supply issues (and general Coles incompetence), this line is currently unavailable.
how the quality of that green sunlong rice? does it come out hard or is it soft?
