Great if you want bristles all though your paint.
Stay away from any kind of cheapy brush or roller if you plan on doing any kind of painting where you need a quality finish, e.g house walls, trims etc.Only use these where your finish isn't a major concern.
Couldn't agree more. These brushes seriously are junk for painting, but have other uses.

I wonder if they'd be good as pastry brushes. No Masters near me.
They're made to be used with sticky smelly toxic paint, not with edible food.
Use with pastry at your own risk.You'd end up pulling bristles out of your food. They shed a LOT.
Great summer idea, keep the little ones, two years upwards, busy, hand them a paintbrush and a small bucket or tin of water and get them to paint the fence. Well worth the 10 cents as they will love it.

I will be picking some up. My daughter loves to get a bucket go water and paint the blackboard. Actually works well, and keeps her busy as it dries and she has to start again.
Put food colouring in too, it washes off next rain.

I was thinking of buying that Easi Paint brushpad system that you can get off their eponymous website or off a TV shopping channel. Have any of you had any experience with it that you would care to comment on?
PS. I've noticed similar, cheaper products at hardware stores and even KMart - it would be a travesty not to mention this on Ozbargain.
