      I got a similar offer from the Cockle Bay Wharf store, although I think it might have been 20% off one extra item.

      Not that 20% off is anything special; the 60% voucher discount only just makes it worth it IMO.

  I bought one during the last deal and went with my sister. In short I had an almost completely opposite experience- nothing was spectacular, the brownies were dry, waffles tasted like they were store-bought and hot chocolate fall short of Koko Black's! It's ok to try at $19 but definitely not worth the original price.

    It was good but not as amazing as marketed. I love their hot chocolates though. Pure melted chocolate!

    Watch out when they say "Do you want it with strawberries".
    What they actually mean is "Do you want to pay another $8 for 4 strawberries on a plate"
    All I ordered was a sundae and assumed it was a strawberry on top or mixed in or something like that.

    The store actually does have some cheap blocks of chocolate (compared to the usual lindt price) though if it is on special/clearance.

  Last time I got it the food was good but service was terrible.

  Everyone around us their orders were late and complaining, we had to ask 3-4 times where our order was. Took them 40 minutes

    In the last deal, we have 5 people turned up with 2 vouchers, and we also ordered another hot choco @ 20% off. They didn't question anything and service was pretty good.
