Do any ozbargainers want to team up to buy this deal as a group of four?
    I only need one pass.
Maybe others only need three and need one more person to make up the four?
    Or four individuals etc.
Whatever combination makes up the four.

If you don't find enough maybe buy them and go on open day you might be able to sell to people who are waiting to purchase tickets when they get there and make a couple $ for the investment

    • I need only one pass too

    • How does it work… do you buy under one name? do u have to pick up wrist bands together or are they essentially seperate transactions?

    • I want 2 tickets, are you still looking for 1?

      • hey shaoshanzy, I want one ticket, if you are still looking for one more person, please message me. Cheers

      • shaoshanzy, I'm looking for 2 if you still wanting to get some :) PM me, you have your settings barring new messages.

        • Hi red pump!I reset it. Can you send it again?thanks

        • I will reset my account. My phone number is 0481447807. only 3 days left. Please text me!Thank you!

Compare to 70 bucks day pass, season pass price seems reasonable

    • +3

Seems reasonable, this is an insane bargain, especially for me, considering I live only 15 mins away

  • +1

Any word on the parking fee?

    • +2

gees guys, at least follow the link and read, "Free Parking – Complimentary parking all season"

  • Compared to the original offer, and the current $70 day admission (or $55 junior) this seems a good deal if you have a group of four and intend to go more than once. Nice to see that they now include parking (which was originally excluded in the original launch as per http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/118901).

    Seems quite pricey.

In Qld WetnWild, it's $100 for an annual pass, so they're effectively offering a $6.26 discount per pass, based of bringing three more customers for them.

    Not such a great deal!

    • +1

Everything in Sydney is pricey, not just entertainment.

    • +1

This is a brand new park though and in another state, but maybe you can try your luck price matching aye.

For those who live in the west and are on Uni break I think it's awesome.

Though this is my opinion though.

EDIT: For those who are visiting one off, I can certainly see them being stung quite badly since they also have to pay for parking and can't bring in their own food either!

But parking is free for season pass holders, no workaround for the food though. Theme Park food is rubbish as well.

  • everything is always pricier in sydney and that's expected…
contemplating, need to go at least twice to make it worth it which im sure isn't hard, but any more hmmmm

  • I couldn't find on their website about the $70 single entry ticket price, anyone knows where and how it was announced?

  • Honestly, ill probably only go once, to see how it is, when they discount the daily pass, which will probably be mid to end summer. Let down part is that they barely have 4 or 5 rides and that's a big let down, doesn't justify the over priced tickets. They want to return the spent money in 1 season, come on, no ones stupid here.

  • Hi Hello007, I need 3 passes. If interested, email me or provide ur contact details.

    • Hi

Tried to message you but you don't seem to have private messaging turned on.

Please turn it on under account settings or message me your email thanks

Please add location to title/deal description.

    • Wet’n’Wild Sydney is located at 425 Reservoir Road Prospect.
    • Located just off the M4 east and west bound traffic take the Reservoir Road exit.
  • Ha ! You can't bring your own food in ! That's redonkulous :(

    • Can't just stuff it in our backpacks? :( I hope they don't check

    • Isn't that the same with any other theme park ?

    • I think that is actually illigal if you have children

      • I would love to know what law.

  • I need 2. If anyone interested let me know.

    Cheers,

    • yes i do

    • I need one too

    • I want 2 tickets, are you still looking for 2?

  • If you look in the following URL:

    http://wetnwildsydney.com.au/tickets/season-pass.aspx#!quest…

and go down to the question: WILL YOU OFFER A FAMILY SEASON PASS?

It says: Passes pay for themselves in as little as two visits!

So, I'm thinkin it's worth it.

    • they've put individual pricing up:

      $69.99 GENERAL ADMISSION (GUESTS 110CM & OVER)
$54.99 JUNIOR ADMISSION (GUESTS UNDER 110CM)
      $54.99 PENSIONER ADMISSION*
      FREE CHILDREN 3YRS AND UNDER

So yeah definitely going to pay it self off and justify it's purchase after 2 or more visits.

Taken from website: "unlimited entry for the entire public operating season from the park’s grand opening planned for December through April 2014."

The name "Season pass" is very confusing, I thought it would imply 12 months free entry from date of purchase. Is it correct that it is only December 2013 to April 2014?

    • +3

Dangerous having those two letters in your user name around here…

If it was for 12 months, they would probably call it an 'annual' pass - to me, for a water park, 'season' would imply the warm part of the year only

      • -1

Why is it dangerous having those two letters?

    • Look at the terms and conditions, it said season pass valid until 30 Jun 2014. And of course in Sydney, the park will not open during the winter unlike in GC.

There are more than one type of passes, the annual pass will be valid for 12 months, not the season pass.

    • -1

How is it dangerous? A season by definition implies less than a year. Seasonal seasons go for 3 months, Football seasons are normally 3 months, Snow Season is 4 months lol

So please explain how it is very dangerous.

If they said ANNUAL PASS then that would imply a year.

      • +3

He said that the username was dangerous, referring to the 'Jv' part of it.

  • "The 2013/2014 operating season runs from 14 December 2013 to 27 April 2014."

No mention of annual pass or anything about June either, though I may be missing something.

  • +1

Same operating season as Jamberoo - until the end of April each year. I am scared as to how busy it is going to be!

  • purchased, thanks for this… its a given that we will go when its open so one trip for us would have already been $250.00, so paying an extra $120.00 for unlimited access until end of April is a no brainer.

  • Thanks. I was gonna buy 4 anyway so I saved $125 with this deal.

  • I wana get 2 only.. anyone wana go halves?

    • Ozbargain PM Me!

    • I want 2 tickets, are you still looking for 2?
