ziplock bag = crisis over
3 Coffees for $10 is an OK price even without the cup, if you happen to go past there.
The idea is OK but you have to carry around a dirty cup until you can find somewhere to wash it. I wouldn't want that smell in my handbag.
From this statement, the corollary is “If I were to carry a coffee, I prefer it came in a disposable cup that I can discard when I'm done. This idea of a single use cup is OK by me".
Prefer to just drink it from a normal mug at the shop.
Zip lock bag is more rubbish to clean or throw away and still have to carry it around.
I did positive the deal for the cost but its not my cup of coffee :)
The problem with these mugs are that the plastic absorbs odours and stains. Nothing gets rid of the stale coffee smell.
you should kind of wash it before it gets that stagnant
i've used my keep cup for over a year with no issues
I find sticking it in the dishwasher every now and then helps with that. Also not leaving it dirty the bottom of your bag for days too (been there, done that, barely survived that first opening!).
People who work in an office in the area can take the cup back to the office to drink in the office then just rinse afterwards. No smelly bags.
