  I have purchased this same cooler box (or very similar one) for the same price probably a year ago. It doesn't work and I had to return it (there is a two weeks period you must return or keep it in your shed for life). This cooler box doesn't have a compressor and supposed to cooler (?) few degree that even failed to keep cold water. It sounds a saving 30 dollars and loosing $50.

  It looks like a Peltier-effect cooler/heater. These are relatively inefficient compared to compressors but much quieter. They can only manage a few degrees difference compared to ambient temperature - compressor-type coolers can usually manage 10-20degrees difference compared to ambient. But, you get (more or less) what you pay for.
