Every Coles I have been to in the last few days in north western Sydney (Asquith, Hornsby, Carlingford, Epping) has NRL team branded recyclable shopping bags for sale on clearance for $0.50.
They were originally $5, then $4, then $2, then $1, now $0.50.
At these stores the team with the most bags left is the St George Dragons - partly I guess because I am in the northwest, partly because they were crap this year and partly because their supporters are fair weather friends….
Anyway your local Coles might have a lot or zero.
They also have NRL mugs for $1 and NRL premiership winning commemorative cookie boxes (nice metal box with cookies inside) for $1 too… The cookie boxes I saw were Dragons, Tigers and Bulldogs…
