I think a lot of people from this site seem to dislike cd wow.
I have had only positive experiences with CD Wow highlighted recently by them giving out free copies of the Presets - Apocalypso after they made a pricing error http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/11055
I think the trick is with CD Wow is to make sure when your buying an item that its listed as in stock. If it isnt and says will ship within so many days in my experience it usually takes a bit longer and I expect that as its usually on the cheaper priced titles.
My 2 cents.
Over a month ago I ordered a BluRay from them that was listed as "in stock", and I have still not received the disk. I have queried it a number of times, and each time I get the same platitudes back from them about issues with the supplier. They may well have supplier issues, however they have not responded to my questions about why they list items as "in stock" that they actually dont have in stock.
So in short, in my experience there is no guarantee that the item is actually in stock when the website lists it as being in stock.
I had 1 bad experience with them so far, which is forgivable after a while..
Trying to think positive that no one is perfect and there will be a room for improvements.
After all, its cheaper than going to JB Eb for most of the items.

I've had a bad experience too where they sent me a game which its serial has been already registered… but then that is forgivable. A thing to note is that its 'sales' often just are the same price instead they bump up the retail hence it seems cheaper.
I have just recently purchased some (PC and Wii) games from CDWOW and didnt really find any problem. Although the delivery is not as quick as sending it locally. But so far I think it is acceptable. And the price is much cheaper.

wouldn't mind singstar wireless mics if they were cheaper - $56.66. although that is a good price at the moment.
i think cdwow is fine, but i agree they do take a while to dispatch the items. i think they should update the "expected to ship times" to something more realistic to what they are doing.
