  I'll share my experiences with this company.

  Firstly, they have an au domain name, but my canvas came through Europe. This meant that it didn't arrive for Christmas even though I ordered in November. I specifically chose them because I thought it was a local company so it would arrive on time. In my complaint they promised to send me out a new canvas, which arrived late January. They then sent through a refund (at this time I was very satisfied with their response). 6 months later I receive a paypal bill for the cost of the replacement canvas (at full cost I might add despite my original.order being a special offer). When I refused to pay they threatened debt collection. I reluctantly paid them on the agreement that they would refund all extra shipping costs. That was 6 months ago and I still haven't been refunded.

      I'm happy that they are no longer threatening me with debt collection!

      Seriously, any company that bills you for your item 6 months after refunding you doesn't understand customer service.

      They have a 2.1/5 rating on productreview.com.au and 14 terrible ratings (with only 4 excellent ratings). From my dealings with them they are best avoided!

  Shipping is a killer…..

  REP - are you able to confirm if they are made overseas, and what the delivery times are?

    As far as I can tell the only thing that is shipped from Australia are standard prints. The rest comes from Europe - so this deal would be shipped from Europe.

      I can confirm that our Canvas Lite and Canvas Classic products are now produced in Australia. AS this was a recent change some of the information in the link you posted may be in need of updating. Our Premium Canvas are still shipped from Europe.

      Delivery time is 9-13 working days for standard delivery.
      8-9 working days tracked delivery (+$10)
      6 working days express delivery (+$15)
